Last year the Foundation introduced an ornament that highlighted the Foundation's logo and the shared values inherent in every Medal of Honor recipient — COURAGE & SACRIFICE, COMMITMENT & INTEGRITY, CITIZENSHIP & PATRIOTISM.
This year the Foundation is pleased to showcase a second ornament that honors the Museum building designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects with the Museum's exhibit deck hovering 40 feet above ground, supported by the five concrete mega columns, each representing a branch of the United States Armed Forces.
Both ornaments are handcrafted in rhodium-plated brass by Beacon Designs, made in the USA, and presented on navy blue velvet in a silver-foiled box.
